Support for Mac users has delayed due to the world 4th largest earthquake in Japan. Fortunately my family is fine, but thousands of people died, got lost, and are suffering from the deadly situation. I do feel deep sorrow for those who got lost or died in the earthquakes or extremely high tsunamis.
The information infrastructure like network and cellphone is not yet fully recovered. Moreover, the power sources has been damaged by the earthquakes and we need to save power for avoiding blackout. Therefore, I might not respond to those who need support for a while. Please be patient while we're getting through the tough time.
